Food Director, Chatelaine Magazine
Claire Tansey is the Food Director of Chatelaine magazine. She has a diverse
background in the food industry including working as a chef, writer, teacher,
recipe developer and restaurant critic. Originally from Montreal, Claire has
lived and worked all over Canada. As the head of the Chatelaine Kitchen, she
oversees a team of 6 professional cooks who develop and triple-test over 1000
recipes every year. Claire regularly appears on TV and radio sharing her love
of fresh, simple and delicious food and recipes.
